QLD:Incorrect flood strategy recorded: inquiry

Queensland's flood inquiry has heard internal documents used by the operators of the
Wivenhoe Dam during the flood incorrectly recorded what strategy was actually in place.

The flood event control centre log and situational reports were examined in detail
in an unprecedented weekend sitting of the inquiry.

Lead engineer, Sunwater's ROBERT AYRE, was cross-examined by JAMES MURDOCH, SC, for
